Awarded 3 Gold Medals; Handpicked fruit from our single vineyard just outside of Canberra, the cool climate gives us an extended growing season which results in an aromatic, perfumed and spicy style of Shiraz with sweet dark berry and plum nuances. The medium bodied palate has concentrated forest fruits, savoury notes and spice. The palate is seamless, long and supple with velvety tannins and finely integrated cedary oak. The Viognier (2%) provides a silky sheen to the supple texture of the palate.
