The 2017 “Impressions” Shiraz was handpicked from our “Effen Hill” Vineyard and displays a bright red colour with a vibrant purple hue and aromas of raspberry and cherry. The generous palate is long and complex, beautifully balanced between layers ripe red berry fruits and a refined tannin structure combined with subtle French oak characters.
Enjoy with any red meat dish. Although drinking well now, medium term cellaring of 4-6 years will allow further complexity.
