The most inviting nose of pink marshmallow, lavender, purple and white flowers, dried red berries and anise. The palate has the signature blend note of black plums and violets along with black currant syrup, cola and subtle earthy notes of black leather, dried green herbs, gingerbread and black olive. The palate is broader and riper than the previous vintage and the tannin acid structure of the wine, while giving great length and freshness, is still very ripe and mouth watering. The Eloquesta Shiraz Petit Verdot 2015 will improve for 10 years or more.
